Calling this office is incredibly frustrating. Every time I call, I’m placed on hold for over 10 minutes. Someone briefly picks up, says something quickly about putting me on hold, and before I even have a chance to respond, I’m sent right back to waiting. It would at least help if they clearly communicated what’s going on instead of rushing the interaction. What makes this more confusing is that I keep receiving text messages encouraging me to schedule an appointment, yet when I actually try to call, it feels like no one is willing to assist. Their listed office hours say they open at 8:30 AM, but if you call at that time, you’re questioned about why you’re calling “so early” and told they don’t really start until around 9:15 AM. There’s no mention of this anywhere on their Google page, which is misleading. Overall, the front desk service is extremely disappointing and needs serious improvement.

Absolutely ridiculous. I called to make an appointment as a new patient as my insurance recommended this office just now and was immediately placed on hold. I called at 11:47am 04/15/2026 and stayed on hold for 12 minutes (I was very patient) to a point where the call redirected back and the same woman in the front answered, not to mention did not introduce herself but told me “I’ll be right with u give me a second” and immediately placed on hold again. After being on hold for so long, the call disconnected and I called back twice and no one answered and got an automated machine. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional on her end. I was looking for a new PCP and saw amazing reviews but I can’t even get an appointment or someone to remember that there’s a caller in queue.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the ladies at the front desk were attentive to any issues I may have had. Dr. Yvette Gonzalez was exceptional and very welcoming.
